Hinge Description：

The hinge connects the door to the cabinet body, bearing the weight of the door panel and enabling rotational opening and closing.

The cushioning hinge (hydraulic/damping type) uses hydraulic technology to slowly lower the door when it is closed to 60°, gently closing within 4-6 seconds, eliminating slamming noise and protecting the door panel structure. Even with forceful slamming, the door decelerates smoothly.

一、Classification by installation effect:

二、Classification by function and technology:

Single-stage hinge: No hold after opening beyond 35°, sudden closing can damage the door panel (gradually phased out) .

 

Two-stage hinge: Holds at any angle, automatically closes within 35°, and is silent and collision-resistant (currently mainstream) .

 

Touch-activated hinge: Press the door panel to automatically open, freeing your hands (new high-end model).

 

三、Classification by materials:

Cold-rolled steel with a uniform, rust-resistant electroplating layer (salt spray test ≥ 48 hours).

 

Stainless steel, suitable for humid environments.
