HMR Hollow Tubular Chipboard for Door Core Panel

Hollow Chipboard:
Hollow-core Chipboard is known as Tubular particleboard, it is a high-performance core material widely used in modern wooden door manufacturing.
Hollow-core particleboard is made of solid wood sawdust (pine, poplar, and other woods) and extruded through high-temperature, high-pressure process. The unique tubular structure in the board, resembling the arch of an arch bridge, draws on the mechanical principles of bridge arches to disperse external forces and prevent localized deformation. The air space within the tubular cavity also creates a thermal and soundproof barrier, enhancing the material's strength and stability.
With its lightweight, high sound insulation, strong thermal insulation, and environmentally friendly properties, hollow-core particleboard significantly improves the overall performance of wooden doors. Especially suitable for flat door core panels and partitions in large office spaces that have high requirements for quietness and heat preservation

Details Display:

The density of the board can provide sufficient nail holding force to ensure that hardware such as door locks and hinges are installed firmly and reliably.

The ability to resist bending, compression and impact makes the door leaf less likely to deform, warp or crack, especially in environments with large changes in temperature and humidity, it performs more stable.
Hollow Chipboard Advantages
Soundproofing: A 40mm thick hollow core panel door core provides 28–40dB of sound insulation (over 40dB with a T-shaped door structure).
Thermal Insulation: Equivalent to the thermal insulation of a 300mm brick wall, maintaining a stable indoor temperature in both winter and summer.
