MFC Melamine Faced Chipboard for Furniture Cabinet

MFC Description:
Chipboard as know as particle board, is a wood-base panels made by gluing together wood fiber fragments (such as sawdust and wood shavings) with an adhesive under heat and pressure.
The decorative melamine (impregnated film paper) is applied to both sides of the chipboard under high temperature and pressure. This ware-resistance melamine can come in a variety of colors, textures (wood, stone, cloth, solid colors, etc.), and gloss levels (high gloss, matte, skin-like, etc.).
When particle board is exposed to water or continuous high humidity environment (such as water leakage under the bathroom, kitchen, sink cabinet), it is necessary to ensure that all cut sections are completely sealed with tight, high-quality edge banding (such as ABS, PVC, etc.) to isolate water vapor from intrusion and extend the service life of the particle board.
