18mm Pine Finger Joint Board Panels

Finger Joint Board Description:
Finger-jointed pine boards are a type of solid wood paneling made from multiple small pieces of pine wood joined together using a finger-jointing technique.
These boards are made by joining short, narrow strips of wood with adhesive (some boards use a toothed joint technique), then widening them horizontally and sanding them on both sides. The serrated joints between the boards resemble the interlaced joints of two fingers, earning them the name finger-jointed.
COZE pine lumber is imported from New Zealand and Chilean radiata pine. The lumber has less knots and the wood is dried to reduce the blue discoloration of the wood.

Good stability: Made from kiln-dried wood, the planed and sanded finger-jointed timber are resistant to cracking and deformation.

Strength and aesthetics: The wood strips are carefully selected, any uneven or short strips are discarded. The finger-joints are deepened to enhance the overall tensile and compressive strength of the strips.
