Glossy UV Coating Melamine Film Faced MDF

UV MDF Description:
UV Melamine middle density board is a decorative board made of medium density board as base material, with waterproof melamine paper attached on both sides of MDF and treated with UV (ultraviolet) light curing paint on the surface. Its core technology is to use ultraviolet light to instantly cure the environmentally friendly paint layer to form a high hardness and high gloss protective film.
UV-laminated MDF, with its high gloss and durability, is an ideal decorative material for modern custom home furnishings and industrial furniture, particularly suitable for stylish and easy-to-clean environments. For high-humidity environments (such as bathrooms), waterproof edge banding or other moisture-resistant sheet materials are recommended. When purchasing, pay attention to the edge banding process and the moisture-proof treatment of the substrate, and avoid direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
