Titanim porcelain Finish High Glossy Melamine MDF

Glossy MDF Description:
Titanium-ceramic MELAMINE MDF is a composite decorative panel. It uses MDF (fiberboard) as its base material, coated with melamine paper and titanium-ceramic coating. This titanium-containing ceramic coating forms a dense protective layer through high-temperature curing. It combines the processing properties of MDF with the high hardness and weather resistance of titanium-ceramic.
High-gloss titanium-ceramic panels consist of a base plate, with a protective layer of titanium-ceramic coating applied to both the top and bottom surfaces. A decorative layer of transfer film is applied above the protective layer on the top surface of the base plate. An adhesive layer is placed between the decorative layer and the protective layer on the top surface of the base plate, forming a multi-layered "protective layer-decorative layer-protective layer" structure.
Titanium-ceramic panels are a type of high-gloss, wear-resistant panel with an extremely hard surface that generally resists scratching. They are commonly used in furniture manufacturing.

High stability and deformation resistance: The base material is made of high-quality density board or multi-layer plywood with uniform thickness and a smooth surface. It is not easily deformed by temperature and humidity, making it suitable for long-term use.

High hardness and wear resistance: The hardness can reach 3-7H, far exceeding that of ordinary decorative panels. It is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and resistant to cracking. The surface is easy to clean and has excellent stain resistance.
Titanim porcelain MDF Features
High Hardness: Surface hardness reaches 3-7H (pencil hardness), offering strong scratch resistance and superior wear resistance to ordinary MDF.
Weatherproof and Environmentally Friendly: Fireproof, waterproof, mildew-proof, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, it also contains no benzene volatiles, meeting indoor environmental protection requirements.
Stability: The titanium-ceramic layer reduces outgassing from the substrate, making the board less susceptible to deformation or warping.
Decorative Features: Utilizing synchronized patterning technology, the board accurately replicates the texture of natural stone or wood, creating a realistic feel.
Surface Treatment: Zero-degree steel plate technology achieves near-zero gloss, eliminating glare under sunlight for a more natural look.
Glossy MDF Applications
Furniture Manufacturing: Surfaces for cabinets, wardrobes, wine cabinets, and other cabinets, particularly suitable for custom furniture requiring a high gloss or natural-looking finish.
Architectural Decoration: Wallboard, wainscoting, and security door veneer, replacing traditional stone/wood.
Public Works: Applications for large-scale ceramic murals (such as Jingfu Palace Titanium Fiber Art Ceramics), hospitals/schools, and other locations requiring high corrosion resistance
