Melamine MDF Description:
PET-faced MDF is based on medium-density fiberboard (MDF Density is usually 710~850 kg/m³), Moisture-resistant substrates (such as HPL veneer) are suitable for high-humidity environments like bathrooms.
Applied a layer of melamine on plain MDF, make it more smoother. and then PUR hot-melt adhesive is used to securely bond the PET film to the existing melamine faced MDF.
The PET film thick from is 0.1mm to 0.3mm. PET-faced MDF offers a matte/glossy finish. neat touch, wear-resistance, scratch resistance, and easy cleaning. PET-faced MDF is primarily used in high-end home furnishing applications such as interior door panels, cabinet doors, and furniture manufacturing.
