Finger Joint Core Plywood is made from recycled plywood as the plywood core, faced waterproofing melamine films on finger joint plywood. Due to finger joint films faced plywood is cost-effective, while used it as building formwork always used in small construction projects.
Cement Formwork Plywood Recycling Process As Below:
Firstly, collecting recycled damaged formwork plywood and remove nails and cement contaminants;
Secondly, manual select fine recycled plywood and cut recycled plywood into strips;
Thirdly, Forming finger joint plywood and sanding both side;
Finally, faced waterproofing melamine films on recycled Core Plywood.
