“Sales is just the beginning of service” that is COZE Company Culture. We always tacking vessel schedule until goods arrived to customer warehouse.

After goods shipped, COZE salesperson will sort out all the customs clearance documents for client. After the scanned copy is approved by the client, the original documents will be sent by DHL or FedEx.

When the goods are produced, the customer and the salesperson will discuss the booking time and arrange the shipment.

After the quotation is approved by the client, the buyer company usually send a formal PO(Purchasing Order) to COZE salesperson. Based on the customer's PO, the salesperson will provide the customer with a PI (Proforma Invoice), which is equivalent to sales contract and will take effect after both parties sign it.

DDP is Delivered Duty Paid, it means the seller fulfills its obligation to deliver the goods when they are ready for collection by the buyer at the designated place in the importing country. The seller must bear the risks and costs of transporting the goods to that place, including duties, taxes, and other fees, and handle customs clearance procedures for import.

CIF is Cost Insurance and Freight, it means the seller shall prepay land freight, sea freight and cargo insurance. The seller bears the risk from the departure port to the destination port.

FOB is Free On Board, it means the seller shall prepay land freight from factory to departure port and deal Customs declaration work, as for sea freight and cargo insurance will collected by buyer. Seller is also responsible for the risk of the goods arriving at the ship's rail at the port of shipment. Once the goods are on board, the risk is transferred to the buyer regardless of whether the ship has left the port.

EXW is EX WORKS, it means the seller fulfills its obligation to deliver the goods when the goods are made available to the buyer at the seller's factory or warehouse. Unless otherwise agreed, the seller is not responsible for loading the goods onto the buyer's prepared vehicle or for export customs clearance.

When loading the container, we usually take 6-10 pictures to let customers clearly see the position of the goods in the container.

Count the final wood sheets quantity and carefully set wood packaging, and then report statistical results to client, meanwhile negotiate about booking space and vessel schedule.

According to customer requirements, we will conduct many tests on the products, such as tensile, load-bearing, strength, impact resistance, fire resistance, moisture resistance, formaldehyde release and other items.

OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturers. Based on COZE current products, allow client to print customized logo and packaging (not including design). ODM is Original Device Manufacturers. Based on COZE current manufacturing capabilities, allow client customized products size and design.

Sometimes, client would like to purchase other products from many supplier and then loading all goods in a container, COZE will provide free warehousing and loading services. Of course, Client should notify COZE seller about other suppliers' products (goods name, packaging quantity, weight, and volume) in advance. Ensure maximum utilization of container space

If overseas client purchases other products, however due to distance abroad, needs COZE team to assist in inspecting other suppliers' factories and product quality, we could like to offer inspection service one time monthly
