  • Q:DDP

    DDP is Delivered Duty Paid, it means the seller fulfills its obligation to deliver the goods when they are ready for collection by the buyer at the designated place in the importing country. The seller must bear the risks and costs of transporting the goods to that place, including duties, taxes, and other fees, and handle customs clearance procedures for import.
  • Q:CIF

    CIF is Cost Insurance and Freight, it means the seller shall prepay land freight, sea freight and cargo insurance. The seller bears the risk from the departure port to the destination port.
  • Q:FOB

    FOB is Free On Board, it means the seller shall prepay land freight from factory to departure port and deal Customs declaration work, as for sea freight and cargo insurance will collected by buyer. Seller is also responsible for the risk of the goods arriving at the ship's rail at the port of shipment. Once the goods are on board, the risk is transferred to the buyer regardless of whether the ship has left the port.
  • Q:EXW

    EXW is EX WORKS, it means the seller fulfills its obligation to deliver the goods when the goods are made available to the buyer at the seller's factory or warehouse. Unless otherwise agreed, the seller is not responsible for loading the goods onto the buyer's prepared vehicle or for export customs clearance.
